Refund Policy

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your order. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it to us for an exchange only. Please see below for more information on our return policy.

RETURNS

All returns must be sent within fourteen (14) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and packaging.

RETURN PROCESS

To return an item, please email customer service at shop@emmylupin.com to obtain refund approval. Please then place the item securely in it’s original packaging, and mail your return to the following address:

Emmy Lupin Studio, Unit 12 Avenue A Sneinton Market, Nottingham NG1 1DT

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend you use a trackable method, and we are not liable for any damage during transit.

EXCHANGE OR CREDIT NOTE

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process the exchange. Please allow at least five (5) working days from receipt of your item to process the exchange. You can exchange for a different product of the same value, or receive a credit note of the item’s value. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

All sale/discounted items are final and cannot be returned.
